The casino closed....our money was lost.

Hello, how do you know that this casino has closed, did you get any information from the casino itself? 

According to what you write there you have money, I hope not much. 

Do you think if it is like this you will file a complaint and try to solve it with our help?

You can see for yourself that there is no access.

I tried it and I can't get to the page either. So I sold it to our data team to have them look at it and possibly fix it in our review when they find the same thing.

So I think that's settled. I'm glad you let me know and I'm sure other players took advantage of this information. I think an email like this should always go out to players who have created accounts here to prevent unpleasant situations for the casino. 🙂
