Hello, I see you don't have the best experience here. Did you send the documents to the casino and wait for them to be verified? How long have you been trying to do that ? 

I noticed that you managed to lodge a complaint about this case and Tomas has already replied, so you can also answer his questions.

Well I saw that. But I think Tomas could use some answers to his questions, because I don't think this will be a sufficient one. This will just prolong things unnecessarily, so be sure to look at the complaint again and let him know what he needs an answer to.
