Hi everyone,I would like to get some general information about Betbay.io. Has anyone here played on this site or processed a withdrawal recently? I couldn't find a dedicated review page on Casino Guru yet, so I wanted to ask the community about your overall experience and payout reliability. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I have deposited around €6,000–€7,000 and currently have a balance of €28,000. I am really wondering if I will be able to withdraw my money smoothly.

I had already submitted my initial KYC documents and they were approved. However, when I attempted to withdraw, they requested additional verification: a selfie of myself holding the same ID document (National ID, Passport, or Driving License) next to my face. I have sent that as well and am waiting for approval.

I have submitted all requested documents and am currently waiting for verification. Has anyone had a similar experience with this site or can anyone share some advice?

Edit: They have approved the last document while i was writing this or before. I will write more how it goes but still strange that i can make only 1000 euro withdrawal even thought it says max withdrawal 5000 euro per a day. I will keep update for others, how it goes.

Should i send Salary documents before they are asking for it?

Hello. It is good news that your final verification document has already been approved.

The €1,000 limit may apply to a single withdrawal rather than to the whole day. The €5,000 daily limit could therefore mean several separate withdrawals of up to €1,000 each, provided that the casino allows multiple pending requests. Does the cashier let you submit another withdrawal while the first one is still pending? Also, which payment method are you using?

I would not send salary documents before the casino specifically asks for them. Considering the amount you deposited and your current balance, they may request proof of income or source of funds later. You can keep the relevant documents ready, but only submit such sensitive information after receiving a clear official request and through the verification channel specified by the casino.

For now, I would leave the remaining balance untouched and wait to see how the first withdrawal proceeds. Please keep us updated, as your experience could be helpful to other players who are considering this casino.

Thank you for the advice!

Regarding your question: I checked the cashier, but the system doesn't allow a second withdrawal while the first one is still pending. Support agent Elli also confirmed that I need to wait for the current €1,000 request to be fully processed before I can submit the next one.

As for the deposit/withdrawal methods: I made around 10 deposits in total. The first two were via my Revolut card, and the rest were made using my Wise card. I am currently attempting to withdraw back to my Revolut account. There's only 2 options, bank transfer or Mifinity.

Regarding the salary / Source of Funds documents: I will keep them ready as suggested, but I will only submit them if the casino officially requests them through the proper channel.

My first €1,000 withdrawal is still sitting in 'Pending' status. I am not touching the remaining balance or playing any games while waiting. I will keep everyone updated as soon as there is any progress!

From their Terms and Conditions:

Liability & Withdraw Limits

63.1 The maximum withdrawable amount per account is limited to €25,000 per calendar month (or currency equivalent), unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. The maximum withdrawable amount per account is further limited to €5,000 per day (or currency equivalent). Daily withdrawal limits are applied per withdrawal day and are subject to the payment method used, the player’s verification status, account history and risk assessment, applicable payment provider restrictions, and the player’s loyalty status. If a customer wins more than €30,000, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments until the full amount is paid out. If the amount to be withdrawn is larger than the applicable daily and/or monthly limit, the remaining amounts will be placed back in the player’s account, to be withdrawn on subsequent days and/or in the following month(s) in line with these limits.

63.2 Money deposited in the Casino must be used for gaming activity. Due to this, all deposits need to be wagered at least three (3) times.

63.3 Any monetary amounts set out in these Terms and Conditions are stated in Euros (€) as the base currency for global consistency. Where payouts are made in another currency, the applicable equivalent value will be used. In the event of any casino system malfunction, all wagers shall be deemed void.

Sports Integrity

64.1. Customers who are athletes, coaches, referees, officials, or otherwise directly involved in any sporting event are strictly prohibited from placing bets on that sport.

64.2. Customers must not use or share any confidential or inside information relating to sporting events for betting purposes. Any attempt to exploit such information is strictly forbidden.

64.3. All betting activity must comply with the Prevention of Corruption in Sport Act (Chapter 593 of the Laws of Malta). Any conduct that may constitute a breach of this legislation is prohibited.

64.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any customer account suspected of engaging in activities that compromise sports integrity, and may report such incidents to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) or any other relevant authority.

Thank you for the detailed update. This confirms that the casino allows only one €1,000 withdrawal request at a time. The €5,000 stated in the terms is a maximum daily limit rather than a guarantee that you will be able to withdraw that amount every day. Still, if each €1,000 request takes several days to process, the actual withdrawal pace could become quite slow considering your €28,000 balance.

Since most of your deposits were made with Wise while you are withdrawing by bank transfer to Revolut, the casino may later ask you to prove ownership of both accounts or explain the source of the funds. That would not necessarily indicate a problem, but keep the relevant statements and payment records ready. As discussed, there is no need to submit salary or other sensitive documents unless the casino specifically requests them and explains how to provide them securely.

For now, leaving the balance untouched and waiting for the first request to be processed is sensible. When exactly did you submit this €1,000 withdrawal, and has its status changed since your last post? Once it is paid, it will be useful to see whether the next requests are handled at a similar pace.

Thank you for the detailed breakdown!

I have all the statements and ownership documents for both my Wise and Revolut accounts ready just in case they request them.

I will keep you posted as soon as the status changes or if the funds land in my account!

Thanks for the update and for sharing the additional screenshots.

It's good that you already have the relevant documents ready in case the casino requests them. For now, I think the best thing is to wait and see how they handle your first withdrawal.

Hopefully, the payment will be processed soon without any further complications. Keep us posted, especially when the status changes or the money reaches your account. I'm curious to see how smoothly the next withdrawals go as well, considering the amount you still have in your balance.

I have sent another mail to them;

Hello,

It has been more than 48 hours since I submitted my €1,000 withdrawal request, and it is still sitting in 'Pending' status.

I have already sent all the required verification documents, including the additional ones requested. Could you please check the status of my withdrawal and let me know why it is taking this long?

Kind regards,

xx

Now it says Reviewed. I don't know what does it mean actually. You can still cancel. I think they are just f.. with me.

I can see that the status has now changed from "Pending" to "Reviewed," so at least there seems to be some movement on the casino's side.

At this point, though, I would probably give them a little more time. Two days and a few hours can certainly feel long when you're waiting for a withdrawal, but it is still relatively early. Sending them repeated emails probably won't make the payment move faster and may only add more stress for you.

They have already confirmed that the withdrawal is being processed, so I would wait a bit and see whether the status changes again or the payment is actually released.

One more thing: since you still have around €27,000 in your balance and your goal is to withdraw it, I would personally avoid continuing to bet with that money for now. The more you play, the more the situation can change while you're waiting for the withdrawals.

For the moment, I'd give the casino some space to process this first €1,000 and keep us updated when there is a meaningful change.

Thanks for the advice. I have completely stopped placing any new bets. I currently have a few open sports bets placed earlier, and my total balance is at €35,000. I will not make anymore bets then and just wait.

Edit: 13:55

They've confirmed that they have sent the money. I have made another withdrawal try for 1000 euro now.

Edit 2: 18:35

I have got first payment into my account. Second withdrawal still pending.
