Has anyone used BetUs casino? I tried it and couldn't believe how re-dick-u-lous it is. They sent me a $25 scratch card,when I went to use it I had to jump threw several hoops and you have to do that each time you want to play.every time I hit free spins the game freeze's and you have to get out and start jumping through hoops again. The support there is of no help at all,I mean none at all. Was it just me or is this typical of BetUs casino?

Have you tried to check your internet connection, perhaps? Couldn't be the fault on that side?🤷‍♀️ I'm just guessing here, as you can see. Dis you write it in an email to the support, or have you communicated thru the live chat only? The support could be able to explain what could the issue be, in my opinion. 🤔

Nope it wasent my connection,I didn't get bumped out, the game freeze's when ever I hit a bonus on each of the to games I could get to load and I would have to go back to the lobby and jump threw the hoops again to use the bonus,they only give you 4slot games that you are allowed to use the bonus on,you have to try it to see where I'm coming from,it's so bad that I blew off the $25 they gave me it's not worth the frustration. And the support by chat was no help at all and I went threw this for 3 days,thought I was doing something wrong but I wasent,I even called. I have never I all the casinos I have played in online I have never seen anything like this one,it's a joke. And to only allowe you to use the 4 slot games to play. Try it and you will see for your self. I still am in Awe of how mind boggling it is,lol.

Alright, I see now. The good thing is that you have not deposited any money there, right? Especially if they are not really willing to help out with this issue. The casino can actually decide what games they want to allow or not when it comes to their bonuses, we can not do much about it, it's purely their decision.🤷‍♀️
