The casino was BetBlast.

The verification is still ongoing because they require a statement showing the card used online for a deposit.

However, that card was never used for a deposit; I only entered the card number, and it was somehow saved.

I provided a bank statement confirming that I own the card and also showing a recent payment made to another provider to prove that the card exists. However, the statement does not show any transactions with the casino.

So, did you make the deposit by using some other card?

If they need the bank statement, that probably means the one you used for deposit. Isn't it?
