If you want to discuss anything related to Belabet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Oh, really? It is under maintenance, according to our information.
Would it be possible for you to share the email with us, perhaps?
Of course just the text they sent, nothing personal.😉
I believe it would be interesting information to pass to our data team to know about it.
Thank you! So it seems the maintenance has turned into something more permanent. In any event, I am hoping that all of the remaining players will be able to withdraw the remaining funds.
My Belabet account got verified in the beginning of June. I submitted source of wealth documents, I did a video call with them, I did everything, They paid €500 out of my €3232 win. Then their site went on maintenance and that banner is still there. I can't log in and they don't respond to my emails. What's going on? How do I get the rest of my withdrawal?
I asked our team whether they might be able to help, but as I expected, it likely won’t be possible, since the casino is closed and there is no one to contact there. I’m sorry that it ended up this way. If you had at least received most of your money, it would still be somewhat acceptable, but since you only received one withdrawal and the casino then went into maintenance, I would still expect it to come back online. However, that hasn’t happened, and from my information, the casino appears to be closed.
So I’m not sure, you're saying they still have a maintenance window visible, but according to what I have, the casino is likely already permanently shut down, which means we are not able to assist in this case.
Yes, unfortunately, it seems you've understood the situation correctly.
I also thought there might be a way to help in cases like this, but unfortunately, when a casino has completely shut down, there usually isn't much that can be done. If it were only temporary maintenance and the casino was expected to reopen, it would be a different situation.
However, if the casino has permanently closed, then there are very limited options available.
I completely agree with you. The fair and responsible approach would be for the casino to settle all outstanding player balances and withdrawals before shutting down, or at the very least notify players in advance that it was going to close so they could withdraw their funds.
Sadly, as we can see, not all casinos operate as fairly as they should.
I'm sorry it happens when the casino shuts down the business without further notice to players. 😞
You are welcome.
I know what you are saying; however, closing a casino this way pretty much means that all associated contacts are terminated and start anew. That's why even complaint specialists in those situations could not reach the former casino managers, affiliates, or anyone else related to the closed casino. Just as you said, emails shut down.
However, I browsed this thread and found somethign interesting: a year ago one player posted, "Seems this one is closing down, just received an email yesterday." And since that month the casino seems to have been closed even in our system. He posted a screenshot too:

Back then, it started with maintenance. Sounds familiar, does it? So, I suggest we wait for the complaint to move a bit further. At least from your complaint's perspective, it seems the casino has been somewhat active after all, so maybe this is not the losing end...
Hello, thank you Radka. It sounds weird if that email was received a year ago. I registered there this Spring and the KYC process was done in May. They even paid €500 via bank transfer 08/06/2026. Shortly after that the maintenance banner appeared on their site.
You are welcome. I also find it strange, though a few explanations could make sense; however, none of what happened in the past, at least in my opinion, helps us now with your current balance. 😐 Still, this closure may not eventually be permanent or involve only some countries. Some responsible people in the casino may remain active. Just guessing.
Well, that was my first idea when I saw the older post.
