If you want to discuss anything related to Beef Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I've had a withdrawal of €4,000 since August 25th. According to the casino, it was paid; according to my bank, it wasn't. Who do I believe? It should be obvious. So far, communication with the casino has been okay, but not helpful at all. Short, curt replies that refer me to my bank. Otherwise, they only confirm that the payment was made, which contradicts a previous email stating there was a technical problem with the payment. As of now, I've been waiting for my money for over a month with no glimmer of hope. My account is verified, etc. The money was deposited without a bonus. As soon as my money arrives, which I currently doubt, I will never set foot in this "casino" again. Recommendation: 0/10
Over a month is a long time to wait for €4,000, especially when the casino says it has paid but your bank cannot locate the money.
Have they provided an actual payment confirmation with a transaction reference, date and recipient details, or only stated that the withdrawal was paid? That confirmation could help your bank trace the transfer. The casino should also clarify whether the technical problem mentioned in its earlier email was resolved and whether the payment was sent again.
This has already exceeded the 14-day processing period we generally allow. Have you submitted a complaint through our Complaint Resolution Center? The conflicting messages and the missing payment are worth examining, rather than leaving you going back and forth between the casino and your bank.
I received two screenshots showing the date, amount, and reference number. However, according to my bank, no payments have been received. Therefore, the sender needs to investigate what exactly went wrong. I assume these are only confirmations that the payment order was initiated, not the payment itself. I haven't filed a complaint yet. Who knows if it will help, but I'll try. As I see it, they're simply refusing to refund my money until I lose interest in complaining and asking questions.
