This really sounds like the behavior of a scam casino to me.

I think it's very little; they asked me for the same thing, and to deposit money to be able to have it. Maybe if you do it, they can put obstacles in your way, like you have to deposit more and lose your money. It's a game, but it's worse when they fall for it and don't fix it.
