This website appears to be very misleading and possibly a scam. The lottery results look suspicious, with unrealistic prizes like "iPhone 17 Pro," which does not even exist.

Winners are shown with partially hidden names, making it impossible to verify if they are real people. There is also no transparency about how winners are selected or how prizes are delivered.

In my experience, the casino also does not pay out properly. It feels like the games are not fair or are controlled in a way that makes it very difficult to win.

Overall, this platform seems designed to encourage deposits rather than provide a fair gaming experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid depositing money here.

Hey, is that really what support told you after such a long wait for your withdrawal that you now have to wait for an email? When did they tell you that? Did you have to go through verification first, or do you know why this whole situation has been dragging on since March?

Either way, I would definitely submit a complaint on our website and have our team look into it. It’s not normal for this to take this long.

I log into the chat every 2-3 days, and each time the agent apologizes me for the long time. They claim I’ll receive the relevant information via e-mail. My account is verifed. After requesting the withdrawal, they wanted additional document via email. I sent these document, and they told me in the chat that the account is fully verifed.


I regretfully have to file a complaint on this website.

Sure, I'd do the same if I'm being honest. If all you can do is wait and nothing changes, that's a weak argument on their part.

I believe and hope that we'll manage to break this vicious cycle and that you'll get your money.

I have no idea why this is happening, but I would definitely send the resolver an email explaining that this isn't possible and ask him about it. If necessary, I would send additional information via email.
