This website appears to be very misleading and possibly a scam. The lottery results look suspicious, with unrealistic prizes like "iPhone 17 Pro," which does not even exist.

Winners are shown with partially hidden names, making it impossible to verify if they are real people. There is also no transparency about how winners are selected or how prizes are delivered.

In my experience, the casino also does not pay out properly. It feels like the games are not fair or are controlled in a way that makes it very difficult to win.

Overall, this platform seems designed to encourage deposits rather than provide a fair gaming experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid depositing money here.

Hey, is that really what support told you after such a long wait for your withdrawal that you now have to wait for an email? When did they tell you that? Did you have to go through verification first, or do you know why this whole situation has been dragging on since March?

Either way, I would definitely submit a complaint on our website and have our team look into it. It’s not normal for this to take this long.

I log into the chat every 2-3 days, and each time the agent apologizes me for the long time. They claim I’ll receive the relevant information via e-mail. My account is verifed. After requesting the withdrawal, they wanted additional document via email. I sent these document, and they told me in the chat that the account is fully verifed.


I regretfully have to file a complaint on this website.

Sure, I'd do the same if I'm being honest. If all you can do is wait and nothing changes, that's a weak argument on their part.

I believe and hope that we'll manage to break this vicious cycle and that you'll get your money.

I have no idea why this is happening, but I would definitely send the resolver an email explaining that this isn't possible and ask him about it. If necessary, I would send additional information via email.

I would like to share my current experience with AvoCasino.

I am a VIP player and have deposited a significant amount at this casino. Recently, I requested my first withdrawal (€500).

Before requesting the withdrawal, I was informed by support that withdrawals are processed within 72 hours, including weekends. That timeframe has now passed, and my withdrawal is still pending.

My VIP manager has not replied to any of my emails since I requested the withdrawal, while live chat has repeatedly told me that my case has been escalated to the finance team. Most recently, they acknowledged that the 72-hour timeframe has passed and said my withdrawal has been marked as high priority, but it still has not been processed.

Because I have been unable to resolve this matter directly with the casino, I have submitted a formal complaint to Casino Guru. I hope the casino resolves this issue quickly, and I will update this thread with the outcome.

I am posting this to share my experience with other players and to see whether anyone else has experienced similar delays with withdrawals from AvoCasino.

My experience with AvoCasino has been extremely disappointing.

I am a VIP player and requested my first withdrawal of €500. Before requesting it, I was told by support that withdrawals are processed within 72 hours, including weekends.

After the stated processing time passed, my withdrawal was still pending. I contacted live chat multiple times and was repeatedly told that my case had been escalated to the finance department. However, I received no meaningful explanation for the delay.

What disappointed me even more was that my VIP manager, who had previously responded promptly, stopped replying to my emails once I requested a withdrawal.

I have now submitted formal complaints because I have lost confidence in the way my withdrawal is being handled.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this casino. If you decide to play here, be aware that withdrawals and communication may not meet the expectations set by the casino.
