If you want to discuss anything related to Aposta.La Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
The casino disconnects you from the platform when it barely pays you a little. The slots ... either with free play or in a way that you keep playing ... and after that ... it no longer pays you anything and consumes all your credit ... I have already made several complaints and they blame the people at Pragmatic Play directly saying that the casino is outsourced and that they cannot do anything about it ... a real shame ... I tried images and videos as proof ... I believe it. They do it with the clients I have already made several complaints and it continues the same blaming the companies that provide the slots
Hmm, so it's mainly about the fact that after some small win you can't win anything in this casino anymore, yes?
It's not pleasant I understand, but casinos always have an advantage over the player who eventually loses his deposits. The winner is always the one who has no money to gamble with.
Providing some pictures or knowing that you're going to lose is probably not enough proof and casinos don't have much ability to edit RTP on slots, because it would be impossible to do so.
So even though I sympathize with you and your situation, if you feel like you can't win, the best thing to do is to give yourself a try or not play at all.
And in theory it is like this when it pays you a small prize then it disconnects you from the platform and you continue playing... but it does not pay you anything else... As I said, I have images and videos, and obviously the casino always has an advantage over the player but it does not have to be so obvious or at least not so noticeable because I think that is not the way to deal with customers... it is very obvious and very noticeable already... for me it is a mockery, really.
I'd also like to suggest a complaint, but if it's just about losing, you probably wouldn't get very far with it. It's a fine line if a player feels that way, but most of the time you end up finding out that the casino doesn't control the games or something like that. It would be quite a hassle for them.
If you were convinced you could try and file a complaint, but I wouldn't be confident of a positive outcome.
They make fun of the clients... I don't want to believe that a company as big and prestigious as Pragmatic Play is involved in this type of tricks... that's why I think it's tricks of the casino and it definitely uses them to its advantage.
If they were to adjust it, believe me, it would be very difficult and they wouldn't have the capacity to do it.
In my opinion, it would be best to forget about this casino and play in the ones that are proven by time and players to be reliable.
That would probably be the most sensible thing to do.
