Hi according to the screenshot that I see you have a problem with the withdrawal right ? Is there a reason why you can't get your money out of the casino ? I saw that one is even from the summer which I would say is quite a long time ago.
Anyway, have you thought about filing a complaint? Because if the casino has no reason to block your withdrawals, that would probably be the most sensible thing to do. What do you think?
