I think it's quite clear that we understand that you are admins on a forum not affiliated with this site. We are clearly stating what is happening to warn other potential users who are thinking of signing up / depositing. If they aren't responding to tickets/live chats, they aren't going to respond to queries from yourselves. This is very much a public warning for others.

Given the negative experience, if the casino chose to ignore officially submitted player complaints, it would be the best public warning.
