In all honesty, if the casino closes without prior notice to its players, I fear there is no one responsible for payouts. Can you now access your account? I mean, did you receive a note that you must submit a withdrawal request to get the money out before the closure, please? I would guess you did not. As far as I can tell, this casino wasn't among the fairest ones.
