I tried to make a deposit using CashtoCode. It's now been over 24 hours and the deposit is still pending. I reached out to CashtoCode, and they said it is still pending because of a merchant error - they are supporting the merchant with the error. The casino also says they're working on the problem, but my gosh how can this take so long?!? Frustrating.

Hello, if there was an error, you will have to wait for it to be resolved. I know it's not the most pleasant experience, but unfortunately that's how it is.

It doesn't matter if you made the deposit using any other payment method, the error can occur with any of them.

Be sure to let me know if it was resolved promptly. 

It took two days, but it was finally resolved. Just had to be patient.

Nope. I ended up closing my account anyways - you can only play 60 games with a bonus.
