They didn't give me a bonus

Hello, on what basis should the casino give you a bonus? What bonus were you interested in and why didn't the casino give it to you, did you get any explanation?

Hello, to make an observation specifically about Afun casino… they do not have a responsible gaming policy,

I asked them to please close my account now because I have gambling problems and they responded that I could close the session whenever I wanted but that they couldn't close the account... I say this because I understand that for an online casino to operate it is necessary to have a responsible gaming policy, and this one doesn't have that.

How about you ask someone close to you to help you stay away from the casino unless this mess gets resolved?

To stay better protected, I guess you should consult the rules and rely on the options the casino really offers. In our review, it says "Limited responsible gaming options" so no, not every casino provides every option.

However, I have never heard of a casino being unable to close an account.
