If you want to discuss anything related to AceBet Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hi, did they tell you why they confiscated your deposit? That shouldn't happen without an explanation.
Sure, thanks for the reply. Then it’ll be best to wait until your complaint is reviewed by our team and they look into it. I don’t think we have much to go on if they just blocked you and didn’t communicate with you.
Do you perhaps have any idea why this might have happened?
I have no idea why I was blocked.
They didn't require KYC. They didn't require anything at all, they just blocked me, and that's it. No investigation. Customer support is ignoring me.
No self-respecting casino would ever take away a player's deposit. That's why I immediately wrote that the casino was borderline fraudulent.
By the way, there are a lot of negative reviews on TrustPilot about this, where players are simply blocked for no reason. There are also reviews that this casino pays $5 for a positive review! Players on TrustPilot have also written about this.
Did you know about this information earlier? I think it’s sometimes good to look into things beforehand, because I believe that if you had known, you wouldn’t have gone to play at this casino. At least, I hope you wouldn’t have even tried.
I haven't seen this before. I found this casino on your website. There weren't any reviews or discussions. I realized it's fairly new and probably hasn't accumulated any reviews yet. I've also seen this casino on other sites where it received positive reviews. I had no idea this situation would happen!
That’s too bad. I’d be cautious about the new casinos that have popped up here or somewhere else. Unless it’s a new casino from a reputable group, I’d do as much research as possible. If that doesn’t work out, I’d wait a while until I find something.
I understand, though, that if you found positive reviews elsewhere, that might have been the deciding factor for you.
No problem, we’ll wait and see how it turns out. 🙂
My mistake was that I didn't read every review. I read the last 5 reviews where they said everything was great. I didn't dig deeper.
Now that I've dug deeper, I've found a ton of reviews with similar issues to mine. They simply blocked their accounts and that's it. I also found one review where a player admitted they were offered $5 credit for a positive review!
As for reviews, it’s common for casinos to offer players bonuses like this from time to time. We keep a close eye on such things, and even if we happen to miss it and find out later, such reviews have no place here.
We’ll see, though, how the whole situation plays out. I believe everything will be fine and that the casino will respond when contacted. But we’ll have to wait little bit more.
Hello,
I am submitting this complaint regarding my account on Acebet (ID: AB-1379397).
I won around 3,000€ and tried to withdraw 1,500€, but my account was suddenly banned for "multiaccounting / TOS violation".
After speaking with an admin, I was told this was an old account I had created in the past. However, that account was never used to claim any bonuses or gain any advantage. There was no abuse or bad intent involved, I honestly didn’t even remember that account existed.
Despite this, all my winnings were voided, which feels very unfair and disproportionate given the situation.
What makes this worse is that I’ve been trying for several days to get access to the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) contact, which should be provided under their license, but I received no proper response.
Support did not provide it
I was told to contact a compliance email that does not exist (it bounces back)
So currently I have no way to resolve this through any official dispute process.
I am fully KYC verified and have been using similar platforms for years without any issues. I am simply asking for a fair review of my case or access to the proper ADR channel.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
Good day to you. Well, given the nature of this casino endeavor, I get it could be much better. Let me help out; my colleagues love to investigate such matters. in order to get them involved, though, please follow a few necessary steps:
First of all, lodge your complaint request through this form 👈
Once it gets reviewed, instruction will follow. It would be cool to include all you have available right in the submission form. It usually speeds things up a bit.
The AOFA license neither gets involved in players' disputes nor offers ADR services to players. Which means we are in the position of ADR-party for you.
Those licensing descriptions are usually prone to raising questions instead of suggesting direct solutions, but if you struggle, you can always come here on the forum. I dare to say there is quite a supportive community of players around. 🙂
No listen yall need to mark this as fraud. It not borderline fraudulent its absolute scumbaggery.
in ther rewards and surveys section i did so many surveys like completed thembut everytime survey redirects me acefraud tells me i got screened out even tho survey said nothing. O only caught on and clocked the scam when i downloaded a reward game and started doing accomplishments. When the amounts were 0.1, 0.2 it was credited instantly. I then made an in app purchase to complete a mission, it got marked as completed, but I never got the amount now since prime survey runs the section. They tell you to contacted them and once I did, they’ve told me that they have credited the amount instantly, but then I showed them my transaction history at the casino and there was nothing they said no they’ve they have it now. prime survey are very iffy. I would say they are borderline fraudulent, but this Casino is a scammer and it’s owned by them anyways. Casino basically stopped replying. Please guys the score is too high
I'm sorry this happened to you, but I don't have much experience with how these kinds of rewards work. A few casinos probably have something similar, but I don't think we should penalize the casino for this. If you don’t have to deposit anything and just need to complete a survey, then even if it doesn’t work perfectly, you haven’t lost anything.
If it were the case that you deposited money and there was a problem, then we could probably talk about it differently. I wouldn’t rely on missions like this or similar tasks to get, I don’t know, free spins or free cash.
