Huge red flag from me! It is literally impossible to contact their customer support, if one even exists at all. There is no live chat and the email address for their support is not even valid. I have tried from several different servers and the address support@acecasino.io can not be found by any of them. Also, they have no responsible gambling settings for the user to change themselves. You have to go through their customer support fir that which is.... yeah, impossible.
Simply do not play here.
