Huge red flag from me! It is literally impossible to contact their customer support, if one even exists at all. There is no live chat and the email address for their support is not even valid. I have tried from several different servers and the address support@acecasino.io can not be found by any of them. Also, they have no responsible gambling settings for the user to change themselves. You have to go through their customer support fir that which is.... yeah, impossible.

Simply do not play here.

The specific reason in my case was because I wanted to set up limits but that's not the issue here. The big problem is that you can't contact support at all, no matter the issue.

Haha, I immediately knew you're Swedish. As I already mentioned in another post, Swedish players are mostly well educated in terms of responsible gambling, limits etc. It's a good idea to set your limits everytime you start playing in a new casino 👍
