If a casino suddently closes, is there really nothing that can be done for a player? Like this company has multiple other "casinos" they own, but they can freely operate and close down and start all over again?

Hello, that's a fair question, and I guess I understood where it comes from.

It is ultimately up to the casinos or their management to determine whether they are willing to sacrifice the reputation of the closed casino or prioritize finding a resolution. I guess we both believe it is much more convenient for them to leave it as is. As a result, we established shared responsibilities for casino brands that are clearly related. However, I will not lie to you: when the casino is registered as a separate company or as a "white label" casino, we are unable to determine "who is actually the owner and thus the responsible operator." In the majority of cases, complaints are handled at the affiliate level rather than the operator level.

So, we can only push with the lowered Safety Index, which doesn't matter if the brand has closed.
