Have received 20 free spins that payed €14, the wagering is €500, have easily wagered that but my wagering is still on 0, have sent emails, multiple chat enquiries, read all the bonus t&c, faq, help ect, and can't get any answers or replys to my messages, no one knows anything about wagering.

Oh, say quite much about the support or chat quality, doesn't it? 🤔

I fear we really need someone from the casino to fully explain that because, to me, it seems like the wagering progress might be working badly. Sadly, we can't say for sure.

Spent hours chasing up information, all I was told was that you can wager using bonus money yet I had probably wagered twice the amount required, yet my wager still at zero & my balance was €253. I seen in the bonus t&c's there's a wagering chart that said slots contribute 100%, plinko 10% ect.. so tried out plinko, made no profit on it & wager still zero. So i went to chat again for about the 6th time over the past 4days, & sent screenshots of everything and tried to find an answer. He then wiped my €253 balance & told me I broke bonus rules by playing plinko. I couldn't believe it, I've played a lot of online casinos over the years & this is by far the most fraudulent thing I've ever seen. Had read every part of the rules ect, tried everything to get assistance on the wagering issue, got no answers, I played 5+ slots that were suppose to be 100% wager games for 100s of spins & nothing wagered, seeing plinko was listed as a 10% wagering game I tried it just to see if it wagered anything & they think they can just clear my €253 balance. What a scam 🤮

It could be a separate bonus.

It would be nice if these settings were listed in the Casino Guru bonus section.

I get your point, and we intentionally list just basic information, because the rest should be clearly stated in the casino's terms and conditions which we do not intend to shorten, or get out from the complex context.

Another thing is, according to our UX Team we don't have enough space in the bonus section, more importantly, most players would just skip the info. We did a research, if I recall correctly.

Would you care to submit a free-of-charge complaint? From my perspective and based on your description, I do not understand the casino's approach very well, and it's worth a further check.
