The casino does allow VPN. On every page it says "VPN friendly".

Can you also show me where they have it stated? Some screenshot or what?

I couldn't find it in the Terms. So if you happen to want to use a VPN, I'd definitely try contacting them via live chat first to confirm whether it's allowed. Save if they tell you that it is possible, and only then use it if that's what you plan to do.

I have already informed our team about this. In our system, VPNs are not allowed. I’m afraid, though, that until it’s in the Terms, it probably won’t change. It’s important to have this confirmed, and since every player agrees that the Terms are binding and there’s nothing in them regarding VPNs, it’s hard to rely on a single screenshot from a phone. Casinos usually always refer to the Terms.

But thank you for sending this; if the team finds something else, it will definitely be changed.

Once I know more and if it’s necessary, I’ll definitely write to you and ask for it.

It also occurred to me that, since it was from VIP, you might have some special conditions as a VIP. You know that this doesn’t apply to everyone, but they might make an exception for you.

But that is just my thought.🙂
