As far as the license is concerned, you are right, Costa Rica is not one of the better ones, so it would probably be difficult if you contacted them about the whole situation.

Hey, I noticed your review says this casino is licensed in Costa Rica, but from my experience, they don’t actually have that license. When I asked them for details, they promised to send them via email but never followed through. Can you provide proof that they have the Costa Rica license? Otherwise, it’d be good to mention that they might be operating without a license.
