Has anyone had any experience with this casino? Do they pay withdrawals?

Hello. This casino seems to be quite new, so I cannot gather much feedback. As you can see, even this thread is also empty. May I know what such a question is, though? I hope you are not in some difficult situation with withdrawals.

Yeah apparently they're scammers. I won't bother opening a complaint for 40$ but they declined my withdrawal and took the money too.

We were just talking about lack of feedback so under those circumstances, the more you share, the better.

They scam me, they did it to me with 300 euros, where initially there were 400, then they tell me that to withdraw I have to deposit in euros to withdraw in euros (I had deposited in USDC), I deposit another 14 euros, I lose 100 euros I get to 300, I withdraw they refuse it and remove the money, ridiculous

Hi, that seems like quite a strange situation to me. When it comes to withdrawals, I haven’t personally come across a restriction simply because the deposit was made in a different currency. If the payment goes through the necessary currency conversion, I wouldn’t normally expect that alone to be an issue, although it seems the casino sees it differently in this case.

Just to make sure I understand correctly: you made the deposit and the casino then withheld all of the funds?

Did they give you any specific explanation or reason for doing so?

Initially the casino did not want to approve my deposit as I had deposited in USDC and not EUR.

As soon as I made the deposit in EUR they decided to take all the money from my account, zeroing it by relying on the T&S 10.9 which is the only discretionary one, that is the one on bonus abuse, a shitty casino

I don’t think this is a particularly common issue, and I can’t really remember coming across something quite like this recently.

Do you think there's a chance the casino will pay me?

It’s difficult to say at this point, to be honest. The casino is still relatively new on our website, as it’s marked as Fresh, and I can currently see several complaints open against it, eight in total, including yours.

So I think we’re only now going to see how the casino communicates with us and whether it’s willing to address the issues players are experiencing. That will give us a much better idea of how to evaluate its approach.

For now, I don’t think it would be fair for me to make any predictions, because we simply don’t have enough previous experience with this casino yet. Hopefully, though, the situation will develop positively and your case will be resolved well.
