Last year I played tournament won 2000£ (i thought)than 2 month later they said it was a technical problem, they want the money back , they even gone to my account to reclaim it. i contacted them told them i thought I won it in the Tournament, they phoned me and told me I have to pay 1500£ back insted of the £2000. Now month later I won £182.00 they refuse to pay me and written to me they will take it of the balance I own them. I have contacted them and told them it was my honest believe that I have won this money, I do not know what I can do , can you help please.I am disabled , 70 years old going crazy,please can you give me advice please

No, i hav already givren the Money by them transfered into my Bank,last year 2023
the £182. I won this year last week, which they with holding from me as the said I owe them the £2000 they put into my Bank and it should not get into it as it was a technical fauld from their side
This whole situation looks pretty messy to me, to tell you the truth. You have done the right thing to submit a complaint and I am sure that our team will look deeper into this issue. They will do everything possible to get it solved, and hopefully soon the casino will explain what is behind all this.
For now, please, try to stay patient and do not deposit any money to the casino. I really want to see the outcome of this.

The Jackpotjoy I play on it for 20 years is still accepting Paypal, it will take time to get it refused by all the Casinos to , withdraw Paypal from their account, also there is nettelller/
The updates are only invites to play, even for free,But rather Have a Bankerscheque than -once bitten none trust again
