Does anybody know what country my vpn needs setting on to access Big Time Gaming and Hacksaw slot providers??? I have tried many but don't seem to be able to access them!?

Hi, so you want to do this in the casinos you mentioned? Did you ask support first if it's even possible to use a VPN? That's probably the first thing that would occur to me, because if not, there could be problems.

No, you didn't cause any issues. I just wanted to make sure you asked the casino if you could use a VPN. Because if you play with it and they find out when you want to withdraw money, for example, and it's prohibited, then they would take all your winnings. 

This is what I found at Qbet Casino. 

So, for example, I wouldn't try it here at all. They told you that it's your responsibility. That doesn't sound to me like they told you that you can use it, but I understand it as follows: you can use it, but if you win money and want to withdraw it, we may use this term and you will get nothing. 

Before you play at a casino and want to use a VPN, always check the terms. If you can't find out anything, contact support and always look for a clear answer. If they say yes, take a screenshot in case of problems.

You wont be able to access BTG at on a non UK casino if your currency is set to £ sterling VPN or not as for hacksaw geo location of finland works for me on both of these casions.

Ive had no issues withdrawling on these casinos whilst using a VPN .

Interesting never new that about BTG and great to hear that about Hacksaw will give it a go.

I joined these 2 casinos for them having the none bonus buy versions of bonanza but lo and behold they wouldnt work ,but they process all withdrawls within 3 hours 24/7 so decent enough outfits and .

Well, from this it seems to me that you shouldn't use a VPN. If they don't recommend it, definitely don't use it because it will only cause problems if you manage to win money.

In our system, VPN is also set to banned. 🙂

You have to cancel the bonus somehow via 3 menus, strange but it works - real credit is still there.

The support is very good, but you have to find it first. It's not linked on the main page; you only see it when you click on your own account.

Uploading your own documents is totally strange; the buttons for it only appear after 20 seconds.

The ID must be verified live and the electricity bill uploaded as a PDF.

My payout still has the status "Pending" after about 2 hours - we'll see.
