The withdrawal was submitted over a month ago. All requested information was provided promptly. My account has not been flagged for KYC, compliance, or verification issues, and SkyCrown has never stated that anything is missing or under review.
Despite multiple follow‑ups, their responses have consisted entirely of generic statements such as:
"Your withdrawal is in processing"
"Finance handles withdrawals on a first‑come basis"
"We have forwarded your request to the relevant department"
They have refused or failed to provide:
A specific reason for the delay
Any internal reference number or proof of escalation
A processing stage or queue position
Any estimated completion timeframe
After 30+ days, "first come, first served" is not a valid explanation without evidence of an actual issue. Forwarding a request without traceability or accountability does not resolve anything.
This is not a communication issue — it is a lack of transparency and accountability. A legitimate casino should be able to explain why a withdrawal has not been completed after a full month.
Until SkyCrown provides a documented reason and completes the withdrawal, I cannot recommend this casino to anyone who expects timely payouts or clear communication.
