Of course, I have some ideas - they're scammers and took my winnings along with my deposit. I placed a couple of sports bets. Afterwards, the casino requested verification, which I successfully passed... Before withdrawing, the casino additionally added conditions for wagering my deposit x5, which already alerted me. Although the rules for all users are x1, but for me personally, it was x5. I went to the casino and wagered my deposit x5. The casino confirmed my wagering and withdrew the money. Then I placed another sports bet. The odds were high, just over 4x, and the bet was winning. After requesting a withdrawal, they blocked me. They said I violated the rules and bet on a fixed match, which is ridiculous in advance... Who am I to know about match-fixing, especially in tennis? This is absurd.

Support said the decision is final.
