I'm really sorry to hear that. It's sad that the casinos we're trying to contact aren't responding and aren't doing anything about it. I wish there was more we could do, but unfortunately, in this case, there isn't.
But there's definitely one lesson to be learned from situations like this, and that is: always check and make sure you know where you're putting your money. Whether it’s a casino or anything else. Whether it’s a verified site, whether players often have problems there, and so on.
