For more than 9 days I am waiting for my withdrawal being processed. All my documents are verified but the casino wont pay out any money because of the busy days they said.

I have been trying to withdraw since 3/9.


First they verified all documents, I did a withdrawal after that. They declined it and wanted me to send in a photo with my id. I did so,


After that they have been declining my withdrawals, every time I try to make them without further explanation, not even an email sent to me when they do so.


I contact them, takes at least 1 day for them to respond with that another department is working on it.


Today was I think the 5th time they declined it with any updates on why.
