Well, the way you describe it, I probably wouldn't play here either. Regarding the withdrawal, did you finally get it or not ? How long did the verification take ? The bonus you used and the maximum cashout seems pretty low to me, so I wouldn't use that either. 

So in this case I would probably move to some other one that is more user friendly. 🤔🤷‍♂️
