Hello everyone,

I would like to share my current experiences with Mr.Bet Casino (1mrbet.global) and draw other players' attention to the difficulties I am currently experiencing with my withdrawal.

My account has been active for approximately six to seven years. In total, I estimate I have deposited €1,000 in real money. By 2025, I had already successfully withdrawn €150 via cryptocurrencies.

I have now been waiting for over two weeks for my payout of €2,000 via Ethereum – so far without success.

What has happened so far

Initially, I was repeatedly given almost identical standard answers by support. They claimed that a high volume of payouts was responsible for the delay.

After that, they kept requesting more documents, including my passport, proof of address, and Skrill and bank payment confirmations. I have submitted all the documents requested so far.

Nevertheless, first my payment method and then my ID photo were flagged. The latter was allegedly due to poor image quality, although in my opinion the photo was perfectly fine.

As of November 2, 2026: The external verification service Sumsub now displays "Your profile has been verified." However, according to Mr.Bet support, an additional manual review is still required.

No one has been able to tell me specifically when this will be completed and when my €2,000 will be paid out.

I find the following particularly questionable.

My requested withdrawal of €2,000 will remain available as playable credit throughout the entire waiting period.

The support team even confirmed in writing that the payout will be automatically rejected as soon as my balance falls below €2,000.

This means that one could lose the money already requested for payout during the weeks-long processing time.

I will definitely not use my €2,000 again!

Additional problem with the country setting

My account is about six or seven years old. Although I live in Germany, Austria is permanently set as my country and grayed out. I can't change this setting. The other address fields are empty and not required.

I have never knowingly provided a false address. My payment has not been explicitly rejected for that reason so far.

My complaint

I have now prepared and submitted an official complaint to Casino Guru. Since Mr.Bet did not appear in the casino selection list, I had to select Mr. Ben as a substitute and explicitly stated that my complaint concerns Mr.Bet exclusively.

I hope that the complaints team can correctly assign and mediate my case.

I am also considering filing a complaint with AskGamblers and leaving an objective review on Trustpilot.

My intention is not to accuse Mr.Bet of fraud without evidence. I simply want to receive my funds and verifiable information about the processing status.

I have all screenshots of the support conversations, verification problems and payout requests.

My questions for the community

Has anyone had similar experiences with Mr.Bet? How long did your withdrawal take? And after successful SumSub verification, did anyone also have to wait weeks for manual approval?

I would be particularly pleased if a moderator from Casino Guru could get involved and help me with the allocation of my complaint.

I will regularly update this post and report transparently on whether and when my €2,000 will actually be paid out.

Thank you so much for your support!

Waiting more than two weeks for a €2,000 withdrawal, especially after Sumsub already shows your profile as verified, is certainly long enough for the situation to deserve a closer look.

The additional manual review may still be legitimate, but at this point the casino should ideally be able to explain what is still being checked and why there is no clear timeframe.

I would also avoid touching the €2,000 balance while the withdrawal is pending, especially since support has confirmed that the withdrawal could be rejected if your available balance drops below that amount.

One thing I’d like to clarify regarding your complaint: I can see that it is currently submitted under Mr Ben Casino and is waiting for review, while your forum post is about Mr.Bet. You mentioned that you selected Mr Ben only because Mr.Bet was not available in the complaint form, but could you please confirm once more that the complaint concerns Mr.Bet and not Mr Ben? That will help us make sure the case is assigned correctly.

The country setting showing Austria while you live in Germany is also something I would mention clearly in the complaint, especially since you say you never intentionally provided a false address.

Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking on my case!

I would like to explicitly confirm that my complaint is directed exclusively against Mr.Bet Casino (1mrbet.global) and NOT against Mr. Ben Casino.

Unfortunately, I was unable to select Mr. Bet on the complaint form, so I entered Mr. Ben as a substitute. I would be very grateful if you could correct the complaint accordingly or forward it to the relevant department.

Regarding the country setting, I would like to reiterate that my account has existed for approximately six to seven years. Austria is permanently set as the country and is grayed out. I have no option to select Germany or change the country myself. The remaining address fields are empty and are not marked as required.

I never knowingly provided false information about my place of residence. My real money deposits were accepted for years, and in 2025 I was already able to successfully withdraw €150.

What particularly disappoints me is that I have been waiting for my €2,000 since October 18, 2026, even though I have submitted all the requested documents and Sumsub now shows my profile as verified.

According to Mr.Bet support, only an internal manual review remains. No one has yet been able to explain to me what exactly is being checked or how long this review is expected to take.

Of course, I will not use my balance again. The full €2,000 should be paid out.

I would therefore like to expressly request your support. Could you please forward my case to the responsible complaints team and, if necessary, inquire directly with Mr.Bet as to why the payout is still pending despite my extensive cooperation?

I can provide all screenshots, chat histories, and proof of payment.

I truly hope that your support will finally bring some progress to this matter. It's my own hard-earned money, and after more than two weeks without a concrete decision, I'm becoming increasingly worried.

Thank you again for your help and your time!

Thank you for confirming that clearly.

I will pass this clarification on so the Complaints Team knows that your submitted case concerns Mr.Bet Casino (1mrbet.global) and not Mr Ben Casino.

Your complaint is currently waiting for review. Once the team starts assessing it, they will be able to look at the full withdrawal timeline, the verification process, the Sumsub result, and the country setting you described.

The fact that Austria is fixed in an old account setting, while you live in Germany and cannot change it yourself, is relevant context. Based on what you have explained, it should not be treated as proof that you intentionally entered incorrect information, especially as the casino accepted your deposits over the years and processed a previous withdrawal.

For now, please keep the €2,000 untouched as you planned. The most useful next step is to let the complaint review begin; the team can then request any specific screenshots or documents directly if needed.

Thank you so much for your feedback and support!

I would like to explicitly confirm that my complaint is directed exclusively against Mr.Bet Casino (1mrbet.global) and NOT against Mr. Ben Casino.

Unfortunately, Mr.Bet was not an option in the complaint form, so I selected Mr. Ben instead. I therefore request that you correct my complaint accordingly and assign it to the correct casino.

Unfortunately, since your last message, there have already been further problems.

On November 2nd, 2026, Sumsub explicitly informed me that my profile had been successfully verified. However, today, November 3rd, 2026, my passport application was rejected again, allegedly due to insufficient image quality.

I have now photographed my passport several times at high resolution using an iPhone 18 Pro. The images were uploaded both directly from my smartphone and from my PC. In my opinion, all the photos were complete, sharp, and easily legible.

Nevertheless, I keep receiving the same blanket rejection, without any specific explanation as to what is supposed to be wrong with the pictures.

I really don't understand how my profile can initially be shown as verified and then fail the same verification check again.

Regarding the country setting, I would like to reiterate that Austria is permanently selected and grayed out in my account, which is approximately six to seven years old. I do indeed live in Germany and have never knowingly provided a false address. Changing the country is technically impossible for me.

Since October 18, 2026, I have been waiting for my payout of €2,000. This is my own hard-earned money that I wagered at Mr.Bet. I already received a smaller payout of €150 successfully in 2025.

Of course, I won't gamble away the €2,000 again.

I have also explicitly informed Mr.Bet support that Casino Guru is already in contact with me and is reviewing my case.

I would therefore like to urgently request your support once again:

Could your complaints team please contact Mr.Bet and specifically investigate the repeated verification problems and the still outstanding payout?

I am of course prepared to provide all screenshots, chat histories and evidence via a secure transmission channel.

I have now done everything that has been asked of me, and I simply wish for a fair solution.

Thank you so much for taking on my case. I sincerely hope that together we can finally reach a resolution.

I would like to give a brief update to my previous post.

Apparently, Mr.Bet's verification page wasn't fully updated initially. Immediately after re-uploading my passport, Sumsub again displayed a green checkmark indicating that my profile had been successfully verified.

However, the status on the website has since changed. It now indicates that the re-verification of my documents can take up to 48 hours.

This means that my verification process is apparently still not fully completed and I have to wait for a decision again.

I will wait these 48 hours and of course inform you of the result.

I sincerely hope that my documents will be accepted this time and that the outstanding payment of €2,000, due since October 18, 2026, will finally be processed.

Thank you again for your support and for reviewing my complaint!

The fact is, I've now photographed my passport completely without reflections. It's impossible for me to take a better photo, especially since I'm using a very new iPhone 18 Pro.

Thank you for the update. Since Sumsub now states that the re-verification may take up to 48 hours, it makes sense to wait for that period to pass and then let us know the result.

I understand why the changing status is confusing, especially after you had already received a confirmation that the profile was verified. At this stage, however, it would be best to wait for the final outcome of this additional check before drawing conclusions about the passport images.

Your complaint is already waiting for review, so there is no need to submit anything else at the moment. Please keep the relevant screenshots and updates available, as the Complaints Team can request them once they begin assessing the case.
