They advertised a 3 tier bonus, I deposited 100 euros and got the 1st bonus generated. I then deposited for the 2nd 125 pc and 3rd the at 150 pc tier of the bonus. The 2nd and 3rrd did not generate. I tried several times with 'live chat' but they refused to give them to me as I cannot screenshot on my laptop. I am down 275 bonuses. I have emailed them several times, just to be ignores.

That's true, casinos have the right to do that and don't have to give you any reason. But it's strange if they give you one of the three bonuses and then suddenly tell you that. Especially if you had to make a deposit because of it.
