No coupons or bonus after cash out at uptown

Has anyone else been punished for successfully cashing out their winnings at uptown casino. I am not longer allowed to participate in any promos coupons or specials I can even get in on the lobby jackpot. It's been over 2 months now and I ahe made numerous straight deposits. They said it was a decision made by management. So pretty much I didn't break any rules or do anything wrong but it was at their discretion. I find this to be very unsportsmanlike we all take a gamble right? They new what the jobs was .

Hi, although I sympathize with you, it's not unusual nowadays. Casinos have the option to offer their bonuses to players as well as not offer them and unfortunately you may not have broken any rules or done anything wrong, but they can restrict them for you. 

There's probably not much you can do about it and maybe it will change one day, but I'm not sure if it will. 

So if you like to play with bonuses and you can't get them in this casino anymore, the smartest thing to do is to move.

What do you think you will do ? Is this casino pleasant experience for you when we exclude bonuses or it was main thing why you played here ? 🙂
