Hello again,

I forwarded the message and it seems that the bonus is working correctly from our side, so we asked the casino and was assured that the link works and the bonus is ok as well.

We were told that:

"I guess that some of the players that are complaining didn't do something right on their side."

I'm sorry but we double-checked and everything is in order. May I know how exactly you attempted to claim the bonus, please? Did you approach the casino via the bonus panel " get bonus"?

Lol, you can see the agent tell me specifically the bonus is not available an dyou are advertising a bonus that does not exist?

I signed up, the bonus did not show on the drop down, I contacted chat and asked if they would add it manually and you can see their response and them blaming you for advertising an incorrect bonus?

Now your contact is blaming me the player?

Hello. I had such an experience. I signed up for Slot wolf from the AskGamblers website. Then this casino fought to be the best. They were offering 100 free spins for you to vote for them. I voted posted screenshots. And I didn’t receive anything, the connection stopped, now I can’t even go to the site. So this casino may not give a bonus. There is nothing surprising.

Hello,

I get the bonus checked and this is the result. I guess this bonus can't be added manually, you have to access the site using the proper bonus link (that's quite usual), can you kindly answer my question, please?

"May I know how exactly you attempted to claim the bonus, please? Did you approach the casino via the bonus panel " get the bonus"?"

Otherwise, you probably accessed the site using a different link.

What is wrong with you?

Look at the screen grabs. The casino specifically states YOUR bonus does not exist and YOU are advertising it without permission. This is in black and white above.

Yes I went through your link. I have sent it to a friend and will get him to sign up. I bet they say the same.

Based on this screenshot, I supposed we need to find out which link you used for the registration and then cross check it with links on our website.

Or at least if you registered thought an affiliate link, then you should be related to an affiliate that has a specific ID and then we could compare that ID to our affiliate ID and see if you're registered through our website.
