How do I know if my bonus was canceled?

Hi, I asked for a dinofreerun mystake bonus, which wouldn't let me withdraw my money. I lost all my money on bets and the bonus appears canceled. I don't know if I reload credit, it will be activated again, thanks.

You took some bonus, played, won, and wanted to withdraw, correct? You were not allowed to withdraw the money. The key point is, have you already completed the wagering requirement? If you have not the bonus is still active and you can't withdraw anything. You can continue to play to fulfill the wagering requirement but if you lose the balance the bonus ends.

In general, a bonus ends by completing the wagering + withdrawal or by losing funds.

It'd be very unwise to make another deposit in order to complete the wagering of the initial bonus, however.
