I made a deposit of €90 and they gave me €45 as a bonus. I have managed to increase the winnings to 15,000 but by meeting all the requirements it has automatically dropped to 450. The casino tells me that the maximum to be collected is x10 the bonus.
Can I claim in any way or is it lost profit?
