Good morning everyone, something unpleasant happened to me. I would like some help, thanks. Yesterday I opened WHILLIAM HILL and spun the drops bonus wheel and won 10 free spins which I accrued in 0.67 cents. At 00:44:02, I played 0.67 on Big Bass William Hill and converted them into winnings. So according to the regulations I replayed it 35 times to have the conversion into real balance. THEN it happened that it didn't let me close the page correctly, I got the message SOMETHING went wrong, log in again... and nothing. Basically, it gave me back the winnings from the free spins as if I hadn't played and won. At this point I have a I contacted customer service and was told that the winnings from the free spins cannot exceed the bonus games and I was credited with 0.67 cents plus 0.20..0.87... But is all this normal? and is it legal?
