in December they put a promotion of free spins for each deposit until it expired on December 31st!! At first everything went well, I deposited and received spins, but from one day to the next I stopped receiving them!! I complained to support and they told me that they were going to request it!! The promo was about to expire and I did not receive my spins, I complained again on December 29 or 30 and they replied that the same thing had happened to a lot of people and that they were overwhelmed with so many people complaining about them. I was practically until mid-January complaining every day because I did not receive any response, and they always gave me long, and in mid-January they gave me an explanation, according to them in Spain there are laws on free spins bonuses different from other countries and it is not known very well why, the players here could not receive the promotion because there were many people playing and claiming the same promotion. But they never told us about any of that while we were depositing and that promo was active in my promotions.
Total, they do not give us the free spins corresponding to each player.
That they can do or do they have to find some way to compensate us?
