Bonus wheel not paying out

Is it just me or does anyone else have the same issue regarding the bonus wheel that is offered every 2 to 4 hours on Riverbelle Casino and it's sister sites. For me it is literally impossible to get a winning spin, I did contact support about it and the response was not informative or helpful. Apparently there are requirements to be met, even when I did meet these supposedly required conditions, conditions that are nowhere explained and even if there are these requirements they still do not guarantee a winning chance so I was told. Believe me when I say that it is literally impossible meaning that in the past 2 years of playing at Riverbelle, I won a total of just 3 wins and to make matters worse those 3 wins was just 1 game of 10 spins which gave a total of 67 cents the other 2 wins were loyalty points. I'm not a person who expects to win every time I for surely know the odds are stacked against the player and honestly I often enjoy losing it's being duped by a high earning revenue organization that cheats it's players and uses a bonus to exploit the addiction of it's players thinking next spin is a winner. I understand how it all works on the chances of winning but to rarely ever win calls for an investigation or something. I know other casinos offer a bonus wheel that guarantee's a win immediately upon depositing to which Riverbelle's bonus wheel has a deposit icon appear after a losing spin, I deposit for a losing spin. You can see my frustration on this right, I know better than to still go there knowing what I know, I'm hoping to expose this corrupt casino. Is anybody with me on this or am I just a hopeless addict. Well that's my discussion

Hi! I'm pretty much used to players saying, "I have never won." However, this seems to be about just one specific wheel—sort of a bonus casino wheel, but not the classic casino game. Is that correct?

Normally, I would suggest reaching out to the associated game providers, yet I guess this is not a very workable solution. For me, those wheels are sort of specific games. I'm not sure whether you may even find its RTP.

I wish I had something more to add.
