Bonus completed but winnings still locked – why?

I’ve finished the wagering on a bonus, but my winnings are still showing as locked and I can’t withdraw them. Am I missing an extra step, or is there usually a delay after completing the bonus? Anyone else run into this before?

It happened at 1Win Casino. I did contact live chat, but they said it was a technical issue and nothing further was done, even though all the bonus conditions were met.

If it was a technical issue, then your money should have been transferred to real money? How did you proceed further?

I thought the same. I followed up with support again, but they said the issue couldn’t be reversed and closed it as a technical error, so I eventually just dropped it.
