I have never been able to cash out. The play through requirement on a $10 promotion is more than $4000. And the withdrawal limit is $50. It’s no coincidence that the closer I get to meeting the play through the less I win and have yet to complete the play through and still have any winnings to withdrawal. Sucks all the fun out of it. I’ll be canceling my account and maybe then will stop being bombarded with emails
