Good day everyone,
I now find myself needing to open a case. I played at Emirbet Casino and had a bout of luck, winning €4,000!
However, there appears to be an issue. The support staff at this casino has been of no help, providing me with false assurances and attempts to "quell" my concerns. They seem to only repeat that they don't have any more information from the "responsible department", even failing to know when the payout department is open. I requested a payout on August 30th and it is now the 4th!
Since, no support staff have been able to provide me with precise information other than that my account is verified, I was compelled to lodge this complaint!
During the first withdrawal, the process took only three days; they asserted that after 48 hours, the withdrawal process would be complete. But now I fear I'm being disregarded like the air and that the money will never arrive!
Furthermore, every member of the staff repeats the same script, the likes of which I've never seen before in customer support!!
They do not send any emails either, despite their constant claims of "keep an eye on your inbox..."
I feel utterly abandoned by Emirbet's support and hope they keep their promise. Please help me.

Jetzt muss ich mal einen Fall eröffnen, ich habe beim emirbet casino gespielt und glück gehabt, und 4.000€ gewonnen!
Nun ist es so, der Support von diesem Casino kann nicht helfen, er vertröstet nur mit Unwahrheiten und versucht einen "zu beruhigen", sie sagen nur immer wieder wir haben nicht mehr Informationen von dieser "zuständigen Abteilung" , die wissen nicht einmal, wann die Auszahlungsabteilung offen hat. 30. August ausgezahlt und heute haben wir den 4!
Da mir dort kein Support Mitarbeiter genaue Informationen liefern kann, außer das mein Konto bestätigt ist, gebe ich diese Beschwerde nun auf!
Bei der ersten Auszahlung hat es nur 3 Tage gedauert, ich meine Sie sagen nach 48 Stunden sei der Auszahlungsprozess fertig und jetzt hat man Angst, dass man wie Luft behandelt wird und das Geld niemals eintreffen wird!
Außerdem erzählt jeder der Mitarbeiter den gleichen Text, so einen Support habe ich noch nie gesehen!!
Man kriegt auch keine E-mails, obwohl sie immer sagen, behalte dein Postfach im Auge...
Ich fühle mich vom Support bei Emirbet total im Stich gelassen und hoffe, dass die Ihr Versprechen halten bitte helft mir.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

My account has been verified since the last withdrawal. That's not the problem, please help me if you don't want to pay out after the 2nd week is over. There is no email like the first time.
