The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal three weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. After we contacted the casino, its representative promised to look into the matter to assist the player. In the next few days, the player informed about finally getting the payment, therefore we closed the complaint as resolved.

manager did the one step coupon reversal for the bonus..to be deducted out of no max cash out.

.it has been (((resubmitted a few times since the 7/4/2023..because didn’t know why taking so long.)))).coindraw 3 days..Bitcoin 7 days always get…it’s 20 days still have Not payed out!..never has taken this long..excuses like coin draw not working etc..processing times..((ITS 20 days ))originally submitted on this Withdrawal…because did not come on time resubmitted!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? 

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I’m not sure..could be the system..I’m not really sure if with my account only..Yes it is in processing ..pending….in the system my withdrawal…Also yes I’ve been fully verified..through inclave and them awhile now...I received withdrawal..before with them on time.ok thank you..hopefully…will shall see.

Last spoke bank couldn’t send wire ..took bitcoin info for payment team…said leave as is with wire..with all the processing times..going on a month..said check back..on it..keep me posted..longest payout time ever..trying to be patient..but something seems off ..will see

july 30 ..now..still no payout..( it was resubmitted,) but shouldnt change the original date of winnings and withdraw ..don’t play on a casino..that doesn’t pay on time..after you win!, nobody wants to wait weeks for there winnings! Can’t trust to play again..no idea when payouts!

(((this withdrawal was from 7/2/23…not 7/2/23))’..almost 30 days…being resubmitted…. doesn’t start over time..it’s still almost 30 days!..waiting for payout!….not paying and or on times stated
