The player made two deposits of €500 (€300 and €200) in the past without any issues but when he wanted to withdraw his winnings, the request was denied. He was previously self-excluded at the casino's sister site but the player didn't know and/or found any information about these two casinos being sister casinos. Once he contacted the support team for a refund of at least his deposits, they stopped answering him and started to ignore him. When we've contacted the casino to resolve this issue, they refused to respond to us and the complaint remains unsolved.
