Hi


i opened an account with this casino few months ago. I was played on and off. Today I was played in a game golden chip roulette then my game rounds was completed but the winnings wasn’t added in to my account I got the connection error message even my internet was strong.


I took a screenshot and the video evidence as well, I have asked the operator they replied there wasn’t any issue in the games.


I know it’s a little big win operator wasn’t willing to pay out to me. I was bet on number 2 for 98$ then my balance after the bet was 1283$. The ball was landed everything was good when the winnings was nearly added in to my account I got this error. I think operator made this purposely to not pay to me. I will send the evidence to your mail.


please help me to solve this.

my bets was accepted and the game round was completed then I saw the winnings on the screen but when the winnings was nearly added in to my account balance I think the game provider or operator purposely made this error to steal my winnings.i understand how the slots work. But I am talking about roulette game here. My game rounds was completed then the winnings was on the screen but got error after the spin. If it happens during the spin it is different story. It was happened when the winnings was nearly added in to my account balance. I asked the operator they asked me to check my internet connection but the screenshot clearly shows wifi was very strong. Please check the evidence I sent to your support mail and help me.

It was a clear honest win operator trying to steal my winnings. I was deposited over 6000 usd today, when I won some back they are stealing.

even I asked them should I lodge complaint to your regulator they replied go ahead. It means the curacao regulator is the worst one in the world please ban all the casinos under this license to avoid players loosing money.
