Hello, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my withdrawal to come to my wallet. In the history of withdrawals it is marked completed, but the money has not come. The casino does not answer me in chat or by mail. Please help to sort out this issue

Yes, i have made withdrawals before

No KYC was asked

No bonus were used

I just think it was technical error, that i havent recieved my withdrawal, but the problem is casino not responding me properly about my issues via mail/chat
