The casino couldn't know who registered and used the account, and if your son was able to use your email address and your crypto wallet (smart kid, by the way, if this is all true), I am sure he would easily be able to fill out any personal information such as date of birth if the casino asked for it.
I'm truly sorry but you must understand that the casino didn't stand a chance to recognize that someone underaged created the account. I'm afraid you are responsible for your son's actions and we are not in a position to help you.
