Hello, casino claims that my withdrawal request was proccessed. However, i have not received money. Withdrawal was requested via crypto. I asked them for transaction hash, they said they will send me by email, but as i have not received money, i do not belive them. Can we please invite casino representative, to clarify the situation.

I have regitered on 7 August 2023. Yes it is my first withdrawal. They have not requsted for verification

It has "completed" status. If it had pending status, no question. But the claim that they sent me money.

In TRON blockchain transaction time 1-2 minutes.

Hello Mdecade,

I understand that crypto transaction may be instant but the "completed" status may still indicate otherwise - like the casino reviewed your request and accepted it so may be queued in their finance department. We always do recommend 2 weeks no matter what payment method the player used.
