The player from the United Kingdom had been having trouble withdrawing funds after successfully submitting all requested verification documents. Despite numerous emails, she had not received a reply and her withdrawals continued to be rejected without explanation. We extended the timer for her response by 7 days, but unfortunately, she did not respond to our messages and questions. Therefore, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject this complaint.

I have submitted all verifications requested, on the same verification for mobile phone a withdrawal was made and now I have been trying to get my money out for a week ! Sent 10emails!! No response! They just keep rejecting my withdrawals for no reason!! I just want my money and to close my account... please help

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?
