I have been given the general delay by a number of support workers, one told they have reviewed my account personally and the bank details are fine and the finance department is aware of the delay. They told me to reach out had my funds not been received after 3 days, I waited 5 and it’s still stuck in the review stage.

it’s close to 2 weeks and well outside their expectations.

I am withdrawing earned winnings with my own deposit, no active bonuses are lingering, I canceled a bonus prior to the transaction and gave up funds that would have prevented me from withdrawing legit funds as the wagering was not met and was contributing to total winnings, before doing so I spoke to support to ensure the amount I was relinquishing was the amount I thought. All good it left me with 189 so I withdrew 180 to a bank account.
