I have no way of knowing the source of the error because as I said, when I request support the most I get is a standard message that I should wait longer. Interestingly, when I requested a withdrawal earlier it was processed in less than 24 hours.

UNBELIEVABLE!


I've been waiting for my withdrawal for a month and I haven't even received an explanation. I just filed a public complaint here and in less than an hour after the complaint was posted the money was credited to my Ecopayz account.


I doubt it was a coincidence. CASINOGURU, CASE RESOLVED!!!
